Ms. Kayon Graham is the founder and principal advisor of K. Graham Accounting & Advisory, bringing more than 13 years of experience in auditing, accounting, cost analysis, and federal compliance across government, quasi-governmental, and nonprofit environments.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University Business School, a Master of Science in Accounting & Information Systems, and an MBA (expected). This strong academic foundation, combined with extensive professional experience, supports a practical and technically sound approach to financial management and compliance.

In addition to deep regulatory expertise, she has extensive experience providing core accounting and bookkeeping services, including financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll oversight, budgeting, and month-end close. This combination ensures that day-to-day accounting operations are accurate, consistent, and fully aligned with audit and funder expectations.

Before launching the firm, Ms. Graham served in various senior financial and oversight roles. This background provides a rare perspective—understanding not only how organizations operate, but how auditors, regulators, and funding agencies evaluate financial risk and compliance.

She specializes in indirect cost rates, internal controls, federal grant and contract compliance, and audit-ready financial reporting.
